It was really fun to do an engagement shoot for Simon & Elli because they are one of our closest friends. We decided to do the shoot in Port Credit because after having been there so many times with my wife and friends, it’s become one of my favourite places in Mississauga. I really love the water and the marina with the lighthouse and all those beautiful docked boats so I decided to spend quite a bit of time there capturing the sights and sounds of the place in the background. I also adapted my style to be more intimate with this shoot since Simon & Elli were just so natural at it. But of course I had to throw in a few playful shots in the mix as well! It was an added bonus that Elli and Simon colour coordinated for the day because the contrast with the background just came out so well in the photos. Congratulations again guys!

This was a freelance assignment that I did for my good friend Vinh from Vqt Photography. It was a nice change to do the photoshoot for the groom preparation this time because Mickey and his groomsmen were really fun to work with. They were really wanted to make it fun and we got some really good group shots. Everyone at the groom’s house was really excited for the days’ events and Mickey couldn’t wait to see his bride and get married. Their Catholic wedding took place at St. Paul’s Basilica in Toronto which was followed by a park shoot in Bluffers Park in Scarborough.
